We are looking for an individual with commercial aptitude. You will be passionate about helping, supporting and leading commercial clients into disposing of their properties and property related assets through our monthly auctions, hence driving forward a successful business.

Under the expert guidance of our Head of Operations and marketing team you will be welcomed into an extended family of supportive colleagues and will learn everything required as we expand.

As a business development manager (B2B), you will be entirely responsible for building, nurturing and growing commercial clients who put their trust in us, e.g; Solicitors, asset managers, seasoned and professional auction vendors and alike.

It’s essential that you fully align with our company core values which is very much customer orientated. Additionally:

  • Sales & Marketing: You will be naturally talented at sales and marketing, and have a strong understanding of the target audience.
  • Commercial Acumen: You will need to be familiar with the property and land business.
  • Leadership & Management: You should possess the combination of personality and leadership skills to make sure all commercial clients are looked after and follow your lead
  • Customer Care: You will work within the company requirements and standards to deliver the best experience for those that put their trust in us.
