Business Development Manager

Testia’s successful business model has resulted in establishing multiple training centers across the globe. Building off an established name and presence, the goal of this position is to grow the training business significantly to emulate the success of Testia’s head office on an international scale. Testia not only supports the needs of today but also to the future. The role will consider the future development of NDT inspection and the requirements needed for training to adapt to the evolving landscape.

 

Under the responsibility of the Head of Sales & Marketing and in coordination with the Head of Training of the Testia group, your main objectives will be:

  • Focus on business development and growth across all Testia locations
  • Seek out new and build close relationships with existing key customer base
  • Build close relationships with Testia training facilities to better understand individual needs and transpose these into a long term development plan
  • Continually monitor the requirements from each region and Implement adaptations to better reflect the marketplace in each region
  • Define and propose, in support of the Management, the commercial actions to be carried out and ensure the follow-up of: prospecting for new customers, Key account management and diversification opportunities
  • Promote Testia’s services and support capabilities for NDT training
  • Represent Testia for Training at tradeshows
  • Support regional entities in delivering presentations, create material to prospective customers and implement regular Testia hosted events for industry to attend
  • Provide advice to regional entities to support with quotations of Testia’s bespoke training packages
  • Liaise actively with Airbus training and marketing departments
  • Liaise with the Industrial product teams based both in France and in Germany to incorporate Testia’s tools and services into the training organisation
  • Respond to large calls for tenders, provide advice & guidance to support the relevant teams
  • Participate in the internal deployment of knowledge sharing to promote effectively Testia’s training portfolio
  • Participate in the definition of and apply the pricing policy for training globally
  • Report any necessary market information: competition action, market price, user feedback, etc.
  • Devise and build a marketing strategy to strengthen Testia’s presence and diversify into new markets
  • Carry out defined promotional and prospecting actions to identify new development opportunities, create and lead technical-commercial programs, e.g. forums, exhibitions, business meetings
  • Participate in the definition of the need for corporate marketing materials
  • Provide a (monthly) dashboard of actions and activities
