We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Accounts and Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities:

- Manage and nurture existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase products/services and address client needs.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify business development opportunities.

- Utilize statistical models to analyze market trends and make informed investment decisions.

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, analyzing sales data using statistical techniques to identify areas for improvement.

- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote services and network with potential clients.

- Use statistical models to segment the customer base and identify groups with similar characteristics.

- Tailor products and services to meet the specific needs of different customer segments.

- Provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making and optimize sales strategies.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation analysis.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Ability to analyze sales data and generate insights for decision-making.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.

- Masters in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Experience in market analysis and utilizing statistical models is a plus.
