In this role you will:

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and introducer happiness
• Ensure a regular calling plan is driven with your accounts to ensure transparency and support consistently
• Arrange business development meetings with prospective introducers
• Deliver a clear, crucial way of communicating to adapt solutions for different scenarios and objectives
• Act as an internal liaison with key stakeholders to best support the Introducer journey and banks position within the market

What will make you stand out?

• Must be experienced in dealing with Mortgage Intermediary products and introducers
• Ability to work in London
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Comfortable with both Face to face and virtual meetings
