We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth by identifying and securing new client opportunities. This role is ideal for a strategic and commercially savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients, positioning Ted Experience as the market leader in workforce solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams and decision-makers to secure RFPs, RFIs, and roster placements.
- Secure regular meetings with prospects and senior stakeholders to pitch Ted Experience and win new business.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and data-driven business insights using Ted Tech.
- Deliver compelling presentations that showcase Ted Experience’s value proposition.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of business opportunities using CRM tools.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Create and share thought leadership content, articles, and posts to enhance Ted’s online presence on LinkedIn and industry platforms.
- Identify and propose additional strategies to enhance Ted Experience’s market profile.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in business development within field marketing, staffing, or brand experience agencies.
- Proven track record of establishing and nurturing new relationships with mid to senior-level executives.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a profit-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly presentable, confident, and professional, with the ability to convey Ted’s brand values.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in CRM systems and business development tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
