Pearson Carter is currently collaborating with a leading Global Microsoft Gold Partner seeking a D365 BC Business Development Manager to fuel the company's continued rapid expansion. This is an exceptional opportunity for a high-performing sales professional who has in-depth experience within the Dynamics 365 Business Central ecosystem and is capable of building and managing a high-value business pipeline. The successful candidate will be a pivotal part of the company’s strategic sales function and play a key role in achieving ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities specifically within the D365 Business Central (BC) environment.

• Upsell Microsoft technologies to new and existing clients.

• Build and manage a strong and scalable sales pipeline across SMEs and enterprise clients.

• Develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels to support solution sales and strategic partnerships.

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, ensuring consistent new business flow.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of proven success in D365 BC or Dynamics NAV sales.

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft technologies, especially within the ERP and CRM landscape.

• Demonstrated ability to bring an established network and strong client relationships to the role.

• Strategic thinker with a goal to progress toward Head of Sales or similar leadership roles.

• Excellent communication and client management skills.

• Must be a UK citizen or have Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) — sponsorship is not available.

Benefits:

• Up to £120,000 base salary depending on experience

• £140,000 OTE with commission and performance incentives
