In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving new business growth and enhancing Hotelwebb’s market presence within the UK travel trade sector. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and ensuring our competitive edge in the market. This is a dynamic role for a results-oriented professional with a strong background in B2B hotel distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and onboard new travel trade partners, including travel agents, tour operators, and wholesalers.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to maximize sales potential.
Negotiate commercial agreements that secure advantageous market positioning.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create impactful sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
Perform market research to detect emerging trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
Represent Hotelwebb at trade shows, industry events, and networking gatherings.
Provide regular, comprehensive sales reports to senior management.
Requirements:
2–3 years of proven sales experience in a bedbank, wholesaler, or travel trade environment.
In-depth knowledge of B2B hotel distribution and the UK travel industry.
Exceptional negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness and flexibility to travel across the UK and occasionally overseas.
