Benevity, an Hg Capital portfolio company and a pioneer in corporate social responsibility technology, is seeking a Business Development Representative to play a pivotal role in expanding its sales pipeline and fostering relationships with some of the world’s most iconic brands. Benevity provides companies and their employees with innovative tools to drive social impact through giving, volunteering, grantmaking, employee resource groups, and micro-actions.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, establishing rapport, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how Benevity’s platform can help them achieve their ambitious social missions. This is a remote, full-time position offering significant opportunities for professional growth within a purpose-driven organization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Qualifying and converting inbound and outbound leads through phone calls, email, video, and social selling.

• Understanding client challenges and positioning Benevity’s products as solutions to achieve business goals.

• Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets and quotas.

• Learning and articulating the value proposition of Benevity’s platform.

• Logging and maintaining activity records in Salesforce and Outreach.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, and passionate about building relationships. While no prior sales experience is required, strong communication skills, business acumen, and resilience in handling objections are essential.
