Blenheim Chalcot, a globally recognized venture builder, is seeking an accomplished and entrepreneurial Business Impact Manager to join Fospha, one of its high-growth MarTech portfolio companies. The role is based on-site in London and is full-time. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to and shape the future of a market-leading SaaS product in marketing analytics.

Fospha is a rapidly growing marketing measurement platform serving leading global eCommerce brands. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that translate complex problems into tangible business results

• Build comprehensive business cases, strategies, and execution roadmaps across functions like growth strategy, marketing, operations, and product

• Own and deliver strategic programs from concept to execution, ensuring real-world impact

• Engage and influence stakeholders across the organization and externally, including C-level leadership

• Develop commercial and strategic partnerships as needed

• Lead and manage small project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience

• Track record in fast-paced, high-growth environments or ventures

• Strong strategic thinking coupled with a hands-on execution mindset

• Prior experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or operations preferred

• Skilled at problem-solving, project management, and financial modeling

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills

• Capable of thriving in environments of ambiguity and change

• Passionate about scaling startups and making data-driven decisions

• Holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent life/professional experience
