Business Process Transformation Specialist

Description:

Humankind Global Recruitment is seeking a Business Process Transformation Specialist to join their consultancy team. The role involves analysing current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, developing and documenting new processes, and supporting clients through change to ensure successful transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse workflows, pain points, and processes using workshops, stakeholder interviews, surveys, and data analysis.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and document new processes with associated success metrics.

• Support clients during the implementation of transformation initiatives.

• Monitor transformation metrics and refine processes to ensure value delivery.

• Present insights and recommendations to clients in a clear, actionable manner.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Experience in process improvement, business analysis, or transformation (consultancy or in-house).

• Strong data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, Tableau, or structured problem-solving methods).

• Knowledge of process improvement techniques (Lean, Six Sigma, process mapping, modelling).

• Ability to translate analysis into client-friendly insights and recommendations.

• Experience in change management methodologies.

• Foundation in PMP or PRINCE2 and process improvement certifications advantageous.
