🚀 We’re hiring a Business Systems & Technology Manager at Express Merchants.

As we expand into Europe and develop the next generation of our Breeze procurement platform, we’re looking for someone ready to take ownership and help shape our technology.

You’ll join as our first dedicated internal technology hire, working directly with the directors and our external technology partners. Your first major focus will be Breeze 3.0, exploring AI-assisted workflows, automation and smarter business processes.

This is a great opportunity for a business analyst, product owner or systems professional ready to take the next step. We’re looking for someone organised, approachable and enthusiastic, who can turn ideas into practical improvements and explain technology clearly.

📍 Portadown, primarily office-based, with some working from home by agreement

🕒 35-hour week, with a 3.30pm Friday finish
