RWE’s Business Transformation & Strategy Graduate Programme offers ambitious graduates the opportunity to shape the strategic backbone of global operations. Starting in Swindon, UK, this full-time programme spans four six-month rotations across diverse functions including Project Management, Strategy, Communications & Events, Business Transformation, Sustainability, Risk Management, New Business Implementation, Compliance, and Back Office Functions. International rotations may include locations such as London, Essen (Germany), Singapore, or the US (Chicago or Austin).

Graduates will gain exposure to corporate functions, develop analytical and commercial skills, and work alongside experienced experts. The programme provides structured support through a graduate buddy, senior mentor, networking opportunities with senior managers, and a strengths-based development program designed for immersive learning.

Ideal candidates are ambitious graduates with a degree (BSc, MSc, or PhD) in any discipline, excellent communication skills in English, IT proficiency, analytical aptitude, flexibility to travel internationally, and a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset. The programme is designed for those aiming to shape the business from a strategic support perspective rather than operational roles.
