FCM is one of the world’s largest travel management companies, with a global reach across over 100 countries. The company is looking for a Business Travel Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will use your passion for the travel industry and operational knowledge to deliver top-notch services that simplify, secure, and enhance the business travel experience for clients. You’ll work with both internal and external stakeholders to improve efficiencies and ensure a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to clients, ensuring business travel is safer, more productive, and a positive experience for employees.
• Use your industry knowledge to consistently identify business needs and take proactive steps to improve efficiencies.
• Work independently and in a team environment, collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.

What We Look For

• Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus is desirable, but not essential).
• Strong knowledge of the travel industry.
• Excellent customer service skills and a strong service ethic.
• Positive, open-minded attitude with a willingness to adapt.
