What you’ll be doing:

• Sourcing and selecting a wide range of beauty, cosmetics, and personal care products
• Building and maintaining relationships with global suppliers and partners
• Negotiating prices, terms, and contracts to secure the best value
• Keeping on top of market trends and identifying emerging product opportunities
• Collaborating closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, and logistics
• Attending international trade shows and supplier visits

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in a buying or procurement role – ideally within Beauty, Cosmetics & Personal Care.
• Understands the product lifecycle and how to spot emerging trends
• Is commercially savvy with strong negotiation skills
• Has excellent communication skills and thrives in a collaborative environment
• Is open to occasional global travel
