Description:
Due to service growth, we are currently recruiting for a Care Navigator for our Administration team.
Principle duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Answering external telephone/email enquiries from potential clients, their families/relatives and external organisations such as schools, care agencies, local authorities etc.
- Ensuring email enquiries are answered within 48 hours of being received.
- To be knowledgeable on the services we provide and to be able to relay this in a professional and inviting manner in line with the best customer service goal.
- To have understanding of our pricing structure and payment options and to be able to relay this to clients.
- Contacting clients/parents to arrange pre-assessment and assessment appointments.
Person Specification
- Experience of working within a customer focused administration role.
- Excellent interpersonal & judgement skills.
- Experience of working to KPI targets and tight deadlines whilst balancing competing priorities within a busy environment.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a calm professional demeanour.
- Committed to providing the best quality service and achieving the highest standards of client care.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to communicate with diverse groups of individuals.
- Able to establish and maintain productive professional relationships with colleagues.
