This isn't just another consultancy position.
You'll become the senior figure for CDM and Health & Safety across the London office, working alongside an established multidisciplinary team while helping shape the future of the service. You'll have the autonomy to develop client relationships, mentor consultants and play a key role in expanding the regional offering.
Whether you're already leading a team or you're a Senior Consultant ready for your first leadership role, this position offers a genuine route into Associate and Partner-level leadership.
Your Role
You'll act as the trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance while delivering commercially focused Health & Safety solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the delivery of Principal Designer and CDM Advisor services across multiple projects.
- Providing expert advice on CDM 2015 and wider Health & Safety legislation.
- Reviewing Construction Phase Plans, Pre-Construction Information and Health & Safety Files.
- Carrying out site inspections, audits and compliance reviews.
- Attending design team meetings and advising clients throughout project delivery.
- Building long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Supporting and mentoring junior consultants, helping to develop the London team.
- Identifying opportunities for business growth and contributing to the continued success of the regional office.

About You
We're keen to speak with professionals who can demonstrate:
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent).
- Membership of IOSH and/or APS.
- Strong experience delivering CDM Principal Designer services within a consultancy environment.
- Excellent understanding of the CDM Regulations 2015.
- The confidence to engage with clients, contractors and design teams at all levels.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to developing client relationships.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
