C&C Search is seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer of a prestigious, award-winning organization within the UK pensions industry. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced C-Suite EA to become part of a dynamic and collaborative CEO Office team, contributing directly to the success of a values-driven organization recognized for its excellence and integrity.

Diary and Calendar Management: Oversee and prioritize the CEO’s diary, ensuring effective scheduling, organization, and time management.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare comprehensive briefing packs, pre-reads, agendas, and success criteria for meetings.
Inbox Management: Monitor and manage incoming communications, triage messages, draft responses, and maintain accurate records.
Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO’s office, representing the organization with professionalism and discretion.
Travel and Logistics: Coordinate UK and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation, and hospitality arrangements.
Administrative Oversight: Handle expenses, budget tracking, and file management (including SharePoint and internal systems).
Project Support: Maintain trackers for approvals, actions, and key decisions, ensuring timely follow-ups and accountability.
Collaboration: Support and collaborate with other members of the CEO Office, providing cover for the Senior EA when necessary.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas and process improvements to enhance office efficiency and effectiveness.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO or senior C-Suite executive.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with flexibility and proactive initiative.
Previous experience working within financial services, pensions, or professional services sectors preferred.
