We are looking for an outstanding, proactive leader with experience of operating at a very senior level in a large and complex organisation, and who has the energy and skill to drive improvement at pace and scale; and who empowers and brings out the best in those they work with.
You don’t need to have worked in the Civil Service before – if you have a proven track record of delivering step-change improvements in organisational capability and skill at scale; of highly effective use and leadership of digital, data and technology to improve and transform; of successfully planning and managing large-scale and complex projects; and of showing excellent financial and commercial judgement, we would love to hear from you.
