This is a high‑impact leadership role for a hands‑on People leader who thrives in fast‑growing environments. Our client is a scaling FinTech looking for a Chief People Officer to own and shape the full employee lifecycle, ensuring culture, performance, and pace stay aligned as the business grows.

You’ll partner closely with senior leadership to attract, develop, and retain top talent, build scalable people frameworks, and support managers to lead with confidence. This role suits someone who enjoys building from scratch, moves quickly, and believes strong culture and high performance go hand in hand.

What You’ll Do

• Drive talent, performance, and retention strategies with senior leadership
• Build and scale people processes across onboarding, benefits, compliance, and reward
• Coach and support managers as the company grows at pace
• Own hiring plans alongside leadership and Finance
• Lead international people operations across the UK and EMEA
• Ensure best practice across employment law, GDPR, and people systems
