ODEON Cinemas Group is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Cinema Hosts to join their team in Crewe. This role is perfect for individuals who love film and want the opportunity to develop their customer service skills while being part of a dynamic, supportive team. As a Cinema Host, you will be central to creating magical and memorable cinema experiences for guests.

You will welcome guests, assist them through every step of their cinema journey, and ensure the highest levels of service are delivered. Cinema operations vary weekly, depending on blockbuster releases and smaller film launches, so flexibility with schedules is essential, including working late nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Provide outstanding guest service by ensuring every visitor has an exceptional cinema experience.

• Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver seamless cinema operations.
