The hiring firm is globally recognized for its innovation and strength across practice areas such as energy, technology, and real estate, serving an impressive client base that includes multinational corporations, governmental bodies, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI). With a dedicated Civil Fraud practice, the firm is at the forefront of complex fraud cases, often involving cross-border litigation, regulatory investigations, enforcement actions, and injunctive relief such as freezing orders.

As a Civil Fraud Lawyer in this firm, you will be part of a highly regarded team that is actively engaged in strategic litigation, investigations, and advisory services related to fraudulent conduct and asset protection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or assist in complex civil fraud litigation

• Advise clients on enforcement actions, injunctive relief, and asset recovery

• Conduct and manage investigations involving fraudulent transactions and regulatory issues

• Handle cases involving distressed assets or financial misconduct

• Draft comprehensive legal advice and court documentation

• Liaise with high-profile clients and stakeholders

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–6 years post-qualification experience in civil fraud law

• Strong academic background with a proven litigation track record

• Interest in a diverse client base and a wide range of fraud-related cases

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

• Commercial acumen and the ability to advise on both legal and practical implications

• Networking and client relationship skills

• High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently or as part of a team
