Responsibilities:

What you’ll be doing

  • Works in a 1:1 capacity with the Claims Director and Chief Digital & Technology Officer.
  • Extensive diary and email management for Claims Director and Chief Digital & Technology Officer.
  • Ensure there is support for meetings in relation to preparation of papers, circulation of papers, taking minutes/actions of meetings. To attend key meetings as requested by Claims Director or Chief Digital & Technology Officer.
  • Manage travel arrangements related to multi-location meetings for Claims Director and Chief Digital & Technology Officer and senior managers as requested.
  • Organising events e.g, workshops, large meetings, virtual meetings, Claims and Digital Services Conferences, strategy away days etc.
  • Prioritises conflicting needs; handles matter expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

The ideal candidate will have

  • PA / Administration experience.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Good written skills.
  • Good planning and anticipations skills and the ability to juggle a demanding workload.
  • Essential to be able to use initiative, be patient and has good judgement skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
