Calculating charges and interest.
Reporting suspect telephone numbers to third party institutions.
Supporting the Investigations teams with various tasks to maximise efficiencies and help reduce fraud/customer losses.
Enabling team members to protect the bank, our customers and our Shareholders against Financial Crime.
Providing suggestions to improve the customer experience.
What you’ll bring.
Good knowledge of Risk Management, with excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrable data analysis skills, with good knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft packages.
It would also be nice for you to have.
Proven experience of Partenon.
Attention to details.
Good written communication skills.
