  • Contacting external firms to protect our customers funds via email & external banking platforms.

  • Calculating charges and interest.

  • Reporting suspect telephone numbers to third party institutions.

  • Supporting the Investigations teams with various tasks to maximise efficiencies and help reduce fraud/customer losses.

  • Enabling team members to protect the bank, our customers and our Shareholders against Financial Crime.

  • Providing suggestions to improve the customer experience.

 

What you’ll bring.

  • Good knowledge of Risk Management, with excellent attention to detail.

  • Demonstrable data analysis skills, with good knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft packages.

 

It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Proven experience of Partenon.

  • Attention to details.

  • Good written communication skills.
