Description:
Gallagher, a global leader in insurance, risk management, and consulting, is seeking a Client Benefits Administrator to join their team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing outstanding client service and has a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will support clients by managing the Gallagher Guide Flex platform—handling data uploads, configurations, and ensuring a smooth client experience from start to finish.
As a Client Benefits Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining Gallagher’s flexible benefits clients via their online platform. You’ll ensure that all client-specific requirements are met with precision and professionalism. The role involves responding to client queries, validating and cleansing data, and building strong relationships with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional administrative service.
You’ll work closely with various stakeholders across departments, providing timely responses to client requests while ensuring adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and deadlines. You’ll also contribute to continuous process improvements and take ownership of your professional development within the Employee Benefits field.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer Gallagher’s flexible benefits platform for clients.
Handle client queries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism.
Validate and maintain accurate client data.
Build and nurture relationships with clients, providers, and internal teams.
Follow all compliance and data protection policies.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting service level agreements.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve client service delivery.
Maintain accurate client records, including invoicing and historical data.
Ensure high-quality work that meets or exceeds expectations.
Requirements:
Strong educational background including Maths and English.
Proven experience in client service and administrative roles.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas.
Knowledge of Employee Benefits is desirable but not required.
