Description:
Linnaeus is offering an exciting opportunity for a Client Care Administrator to join its vibrant team at the Market Harborough branch. This on-site, full-time role is ideal for a compassionate and organized individual who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to the well-being of pets and their owners. The position can be worked over 4 or 5 days per week, with 40 hours weekly and participation in a 1-in-3 Saturday rota.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role as the face of the practice, managing the reception area, coordinating appointments, handling client inquiries, and providing essential support to clinical teams. Your responsibilities will extend to face-to-face, phone, and online interactions, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all clients and their pets.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients in person, by phone, or through the online portal.
Manage reception duties including scheduling, record-keeping, and administrative support.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout every interaction.
Assist clinical teams in managing the flow of appointments and internal communications.
Maintain an empathetic, approachable, and proactive attitude while handling day-to-day tasks.

Candidate Profile:
Passionate about delivering exceptional client service.
Prior experience in a customer service or front-desk role is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
