The Role: As the Client Coordinator / Administrator you will be responsible in supporting the sales negotiators by liaising with clients, telephone answering, office cover, viewings management, and general office administration duties.

We are looking for a confident and personable individual with excellent people skills to work in this bustling office. Responsibilities will also include arranging and managing the viewing diary, dealing with vendor and applicant enquiries.

Day To Day Duties & Responsibilities
 

  • Help with property viewings when needed
  • General office administration duties
  • Viewings management
  • Being the first point of call for clients
  • Sales progression management
  • Sales details production and property launch
  • Enquiries management (for viewings)
  • Organise office meetings / rota
  • Support sales administration role during busy periods/holidays
