Client Engagement Director

 

Description:

The Kinesso Client Engagement Director will be the point person for Universal McCann (UM). Overseeing and facilitating the technical requirements of all UM clients. Working on such premier clients as; Johnson & Johnson, Rockstar, and Exxon Mobil. They will be responsible for the Prisma integration to assure that all clients are aligned with the Global Reporting Suite. Be responsible for onboarding clients onto Prisma and continued governance. Making sure that all taxonomies are adhered to and are implemented accurately. They will also provide support in the implementation of the technical operations platforms required for all digital activity, such as Ad Servers, Brand Safety Vendors, and DCO.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Governance of complex taxonomy across all markets, campaigns, and channels though Kinesso tools and Prisma (market reliant).
  • Successful management of clients AOC campaign trafficking, activation and data governance process and resources
  • Point person for agency and clients Ops workflow, tech and GCC mediation.
  • Accountable for meeting AdOps SOW and SLAs
  • Reporting to Head of Ad Operations UK and Kinesso regional leads where applicable per client.
  • Ensure regular agency team training and client team training across digital Ops platforms and processes as required.
  • Production of Client Ops QBR - Including GCC performance, ticket load and tasks, scope, error rates, optimisations, key projects, and developments addressing UM and client feedback and hitting client Ops and data KPIs
  • Innovations rolled out as playbooks, updated, and centralised.
  • Regular ad tech and verification partner reviews and testing though Kinesso and Addressable
  • Ad tech expert and strategic partner for client and agency data and vendor integrations, providing both project management and expertise across ad server, DCO, SDK, site tagging and more.
  • Leverage Kinesso products and services such as bGenius. Beta testing and “media first” tools.
  • Client Site tagging strategy and data layer consultation – Site Tag approval and Kinesso Site Tag Register/Matrix
  • Client Site tagging services through Kinesso Tech Ops
  • Training, enforcement, and governance of local/regional privacy rules and regs (such as GDPR and TCF2.0) through Kinesso EMEA
  • Data and Platform transformation assistance across their eco-system

  • Solid experience in Digital Operations
  • Desire to lead and manage operational experts.
  • Confident chair of meetings
  • In-depth experience in Ad Operations and Programmatic
  • Commercially savvy
  • Able to troubleshoot team challenges.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
  • Experience in trafficking rich media and DCO; Innovid, FlashTalking.
  • Experience working with web analytics such as GA or Adobe.
  • Experience in using "bulk trafficking" templates or Prisma.
  • Fastidious builder of documentation, guides and decks.
  • HTML and JavaScript knowledge/experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Flawless execution and accuracy and exceptional process skills.
  • Time management and organisation skills
  • Experience of working across digital Platforms in the eco system, such as CM360, DV360, IAS and Nielsen DAR.
