Description:
TransUnion, one of the world’s leading credit reference agencies, is seeking a Client Manager to join its growing team in Leeds. The role is ideal for professionals with experience in account management, credit reporting, or financial data services who are looking to play a strategic role in enhancing customer relationships and driving client success.
As a Client Manager, you will act as the key interface between clients and internal business units, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of solutions that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, manage onboarding, and support them throughout their journey with TransUnion’s wide array of products and services.
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring consistent and effective relationship management.
Improve onboarding time and client experience through efficient processes and proactive communication.
Facilitate the adoption of TransUnion’s products and solutions by building strong client partnerships.
Drive customer retention by focusing on value creation and relationship-led account management.
Resolve customer concerns promptly, demonstrating empathy, problem-solving, and clear communication.
Use Salesforce and analytical tools to track customer data and design personalized success journeys.
Collaborate with internal departments to deliver optimal solutions and enhance client satisfaction.
At least 3 years of experience in credit reporting or a related field.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and touchpoints effectively.
Strong time management and project coordination skills.
Adaptable and eager to learn new skills and technologies.
