Client Onboarding Analyst

Description:

Galaxy Digital is seeking a Client Onboarding Analyst to join its growing London team and contribute to the seamless onboarding of institutional clients into its innovative crypto and blockchain ecosystem. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellent service across EMEA markets, with occasional interaction across APAC and USA regions.

Reporting to the Onboarding function and closely collaborating with Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Tax departments, the successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing onboarding workflows, fulfilling due diligence requirements, and maintaining regulatory standards, particularly FCA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal teams (Sales, Compliance, Legal, Tax, Credit) to manage end-to-end onboarding of institutional clients.

• Support EMEA sales teams during London business hours, ensuring prompt resolution of onboarding queries.

• Maintain strong compliance with FCA onboarding regulations, escalating issues where needed.

• Coordinate across global offices to ensure knowledge transfer and cohesive onboarding practices.

• Handle priority requests and ensure onboarding quality across Galaxy entities.

• Contribute to improving the Client Onboarding Portal, ensuring user-friendly features and functionality.

• Manage additional onboarding tasks including Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), KPI tracking, and cross-entity transitions.

Candidate Requirements:

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional qualification).

• 2–3 years of experience in client onboarding, ideally in a financial institution.

• Strong understanding of AML/KYC requirements and FCA regulations.

• Ability to manage competing priorities across teams and regions.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.

• Interest in and willingness to learn about the crypto and digital asset space.

Desirable:

• Experience in operations, client services, or implementation roles in finance.

• Familiarity with the crypto ecosystem.
