Description:

Project Brains, a leading Future of Work platform, is seeking a Client Partner to join their team and support a multinational company in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry as they undergo large-scale transformations within their European manufacturing operations. The Client Partner will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, providing program leadership, and overseeing the successful delivery of transformation projects.

As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, ensuring successful project outcomes, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. You will lead the planning and execution of projects while working closely with both internal teams and client stakeholders to achieve the desired results. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

You will oversee the entire transformation delivery process, ensuring that goals are met on time and within budget, all while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your expertise in program leadership and stakeholder management will be essential to the role’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure high satisfaction.

  • Program Leadership: Lead and oversee the transformation delivery process, ensuring all projects are executed successfully.

  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and keep them informed on progress.

  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve challenges and drive project success.

  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, providing clear updates and insights.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven consulting experience with a strong background in program leadership and stakeholder management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and remotely.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Experience in tech consulting is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. An MBA would be ideal.
