Client Service Technician

 

Description:

In this role you will be working with Client Service Advisors and Client Managers to ensure the highest level of service and technical support to each assigned Client in line with the agreed service levels. Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Complying with regulatory and other standards as advised by line management including the creation of accurate and timely policy document, premium invoicing and debiting
  • Processing renewal data, midterm adjustments and cover extensions
  • Liaising and collaborating with Clients, Colleagues and Markets to efficiently collate, manage and share risk data.
  • Liaising with Account team, clients and their Managing Agents to actively pursue unpaid debt
  • Working with insurer, clients and their Managing Agents to track and report on insurer Risk Requirements
  • Contribution to client and market reports and updating of insurance registers
  • Set up and maintain electronic filing system records
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

  • Insurance Industry experience, within account handling, account administration, technician , broker support type roles, would set you up well for success in this role.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, Internet, specifically Excel
  • Ability to pick up and learn a selection of specialist Aon IT systems
  • Previous administration support experience and/or Educated to A level (or equivalent)
  • Hard working, accurate attention to detail and timely delivery of work
  • A “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn new skills
