Client Services Associate

Description:

S&P Global is seeking highly motivated graduates to join their team as Client Services Associates within the Capital Markets division in London. This is an exciting opportunity to begin a career with one of the world's leading providers of financial data and analytics.

In this pivotal client-facing role, you will undergo intensive training in capital markets, the S&P Capital IQ platform, Excel Plug-in, and client support. The role emphasizes strong client interaction and problem-solving skills as you guide users in optimizing their workflows, accessing market intelligence data, and navigating technical tools. You’ll assist clients with model building using Excel Plug-in, respond to data/content inquiries, and liaise with commercial and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Over time, you will lead client demos and training sessions tailored to individual workflows, enhancing user engagement and platform adoption. The role offers excellent career growth opportunities within client-facing paths such as Sales and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver product training and demonstrations for S&P Market Intelligence tools

• Provide first-level support for client queries

• Assist clients in utilizing Excel Plug-ins and data extraction

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure data accuracy

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a variety of clients including banks, investment firms, corporates, and insurance companies

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree completed or expected by June 2025

• Academic background in Business, Economics, or Finance preferred

• Fluent in English; additional fluency in French or German is a strong asset

• Strong communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills

• Passion for finance, data, and client service

• Must have indefinite right to work in the UK
