We're on the hunt for a Client Services Director with seasoned experience in leading digital programmes and product teams, who’s passionate about bringing new ideas to life.

What’s the role?

The Client Services Director will sit on the senior leadership team and oversee the running of the Client Services Department.

You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, responsible for overseeing the success of the agency’s accounts. You’ll be responsible for driving client retention and growth, setting and achieving client revenue targets and measuring and maintaining overall client satisfaction.

As a seasoned digital agency professional, you will naturally develop relationships with our senior clients helping to guide clients to solutions appropriate to their needs and that effectively leverage our capabilities and services. Within the agency you will be the voice of the client, and thus steer teams towards meeting and exceeding clients’ expectations throughout the product discovery, design, development, and evolution stages.

You’ll lead and support your team of account managers and account directors in building trust, revenue, and valuable long-term relationships with their direct clients. You’ll set and uphold the ways of working for the client services team, ensuring smooth running of processes to a high standard, and developing the knowledge and skills of your team to succeed in their objectives.

As an integral member of the senior leadership team, you’ll report into the Managing Director and collaborate closely with other heads of department to ensure smooth running of the agency and to bring to life our company vision and values.
