Exemplar Health Care is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (RMN / RNLD) to join their new Birch View care home in Coventry. As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, deliver the highest standards of clinical care, and provide effective leadership to a team of nursing and care professionals. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of nursing and care staff to ensure all residents’ medical, physical, and emotional needs are met to the highest standard.

• Oversee and manage all clinical operations, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and Exemplar Health Care’s clinical governance framework.

• Supervise the nursing team, ensuring care plans, risk assessments, and interventions are timely, accurate, and person-centred.

• Provide strong leadership, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• Support the Home Manager in delivering effective service operations and achieving high-quality outcomes.

• Maintain compliance with safeguarding and best nursing practices, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all residents.

• Promote a compassionate, person-centred approach and encourage ongoing staff training and professional growth.

About Birch View:

Birch View, a brand-new care home in Coventry, will provide specialist support for adults living with complex mental health conditions, dementia, neuro-disabilities, and physical disabilities.

The home will feature 38 modern en-suite bedrooms across three units, each with its own dining area, lounge, and sensory bathroom. This small group living model promotes a homely, person-centred environment where residents receive individualized support close to their loved ones.

Candidate Requirements:

• First-level nursing registration (RMN or RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN.

• Minimum 3 years post-registration experience in a clinical setting.

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience, with relevant training or qualifications.

• Strong understanding of nursing best practices and clinical risk management.

• Excellent communication and digital skills with the ability to lead by example.

• Positive, proactive attitude with enthusiasm for motivating and developing teams.
