Clinical Operations Manager

eXroid UK is a pioneering provider of non-invasive haemorrhoid treatment, innovating the future of outpatient care in the UK. They are seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to lead and grow their national clinical operations in a dynamic and patient-focused private healthcare environment.

In this hybrid role (one day a week onsite at Discovery Park, Sandwich, and the rest remote), you will be pivotal in delivering operational success and expanding clinic services across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic planning and execution of UK clinic operations.

• Optimize scheduling for doctors and clinics to maximize capacity, efficiency, and profitability.

• Manage clinical booking systems, stock, consumables, and clinic readiness.

• Onboard and manage performance of contracted doctors, clinics, and chaperones.

• Ensure regulatory compliance with CQC and PMI, and lead Quality Management System (QMS) policy implementation.

• Drive service mobilisation and rollout of new services such as homecare.

• Lead business continuity planning and manage incident resolution and complaints.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills in a fast-paced clinical or operational environment.

• Proven ability to manage clinic scheduling, capacity targets, and KPIs.

• Skilled in handling large data volumes and preparing reports for executive leadership.

• High emotional intelligence with empathy, patience, and confidence in patient interactions.

• A hands-on, problem-solving mindset focused on continuous improvement and quality.

• Experience in health services or clinical operations is a plus but not essential.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for clinic reviews across the UK.

Salary & Benefits:

• £32,000 per annum (for 30 hours/week; £40,000 FTE)

• 25 days holiday plus 1 extra day per year of service up to 5 days
