As part of a reputable UK-based pharmacy service provider, the Clinical Pharmacist will work collaboratively within the outpatient team to support patients following discharge and during clinic visits. The position emphasizes quality care, structured working hours (with no late evenings), and strong professional support.

This position particularly values candidates with experience in oncology and/or haematology, or those familiar with high dispensing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver post-discharge medication support to outpatients

• Provide expert patient counselling in clinic settings

• Work within a structured, clinically focused environment

• Ensure all pharmacy operations maintain the highest standards of patient care

• Collaborate with medical professionals and ensure compliance with pharmacy standards

Requirements:

• Active GPhC registration

• At least 1 year of post-registration experience
