Your Duties and Tasks for a Clinical Senior Care Assistant
- Lead and support the care team on shift, ensuring high standards of care are maintained at all times.
- Oversee day-to-day delivery of care, ensuring staff follow best practice and CQC guidelines.
- as a Clinical Senior Care Assistant Provide guidance, supervision, and support to less experienced staff to help them develop and contribute confidently.
- Deliver exceptional, compassionate care to residents, ensuring dignity, respect, and person-centred support at all times.
- Maintain clear communication with colleagues and ensure accurate written records, handovers, and care documentation.

What We’re Searching For in a Clinical Senior Care Assistant
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential).
- Experience working within an elderly care setting (care/nursing home experience preferred).
- Previous supervisory experience within a care setting, or the confidence to step into a shift-leading role.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a caring and respectful approach.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and well organised.
- Dependable, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.
- A team player who can also use their own initiative.
