Description:
Applications are invited from experienced finance professionals for this new finance and stakeholder liaison role in the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences (HLS). You will be responsible for managing the key funding flows between Health Education England (HEE) and the three clinical schools in the Faculty: The School of Dentistry, the School of Medicine and the School of Health Sciences, plus the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology programme. You will act as the key liaison link between HEE, the clinical schools and NHS placement providers, building and maintaining vital relationships with all key stakeholders.
You should have an undergraduate degree, professional financial expertise including the development, implementation and support of budgetary systems and applications at a senior level. With well-developed organisation skills, the ability to manage a number of complex tasks and systems, to prioritise effectively and meet conflicting deadlines. Demonstrable experience of key stakeholder liaison with both internal and external bodies is also essential.
