Precision for Medicine, a leader in precision medicine CRO services, is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to join their expanding team. This position offers a remote work opportunity in the UK and involves managing international clinical studies, primarily in the field of oncology and rare diseases. The company focuses on accelerating novel compound development by integrating innovative clinical trial designs, advanced biomarker analysis, and comprehensive operational expertise.

In this role, you will act as the central intelligence hub for your assigned studies, overseeing CRAs and managing clinical operations to ensure successful trial execution across multiple countries. Key responsibilities include site selection, start-up, enrollment management, monitoring execution, data cleaning, and close-out activities. You will mentor and train team members, identify risks, propose creative solutions to maintain timelines, and ensure regulatory compliance according to GCP/ICH guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to manage shifting priorities without compromising quality, excellent communication capabilities, and a consultative approach to trial management. Familiarity with clinical trial software such as CTMS, eTMF, EDC, and IXRS is preferred.
