Description:

Psicon Ltd, a leading neurodevelopmental service provider, is seeking a Clinician Support Team Lead to join its internal clinical team in Canterbury, Kent. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days on-site, with the remaining days worked remotely. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating clinical support operations across various locations, including remote access services.

Psicon partners with NHS trusts and private clients to provide high-quality assessments for autism and ADHD. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting associate clinicians from diverse clinical backgrounds by ensuring smooth communication, efficient use of systems, and high standards of clinical governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Clinician Support Team Manager and Operational Departments to ensure the efficient delivery of clinical activities across all locations.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clinician enquiries, acting as a liaison between associate clinicians and Psicon departments.

  • Provide high-level support related to IT systems, clinical operations, and procedural adherence.

  • Assist with coordination of complex assessments, ensuring the right skillsets are matched to specific appointment needs.

  • Support clinicians in managing complaints, deviations, incidents, and quality improvement efforts in collaboration with the Quality and Operations departments.

  • Maintain effective communication with clinicians from various disciplines, including psychologists, doctors, speech and language therapists, and others.

Person Specification:

  • Demonstrates Psicon’s core values: trust, integrity, commitment, and kindness.

  • Previous experience supporting professionals in healthcare, social care, or education sectors.

  • Understanding of neurodevelopmental conditions such as autism and ADHD.

  • Highly organized, with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks.

  • Excellent IT and written communication skills.

  • Ability to collect, interpret, and present data from various sources effectively.
