Based in London, this full-time role is part of a global initiative to develop new talent in sales, consulting, and solution engineering with a direct impact on driving Oracle Cloud adoption for clients.

As a Cloud Adoption Manager, you will guide customers throughout their cloud journey, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization. You’ll play a crucial role in customer success, satisfaction, and retention while growing your career in a supportive and tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support a quick and seamless activation of Oracle Cloud accounts, ensuring customers have access to early-use knowledge and best practices

• Continuously engage with customers to monitor progress, track adoption plans, and ensure alignment with expected business outcomes

• Facilitate Return on Investment (ROI) and customer success through strategic touchpoints like Go-Live and post-deployment phases

• Act as a liaison and advocate for customer concerns, escalating issues where necessary to ensure speedy resolutions

• Share relevant content and connect customers with Oracle resources and internal activities to enhance engagement

• Identify and promote new business opportunities during customer interactions

• Gather and provide product feedback to improve Oracle Cloud offerings based on customer experiences

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Engineering)

• Academic background or experience in Project Management, IT, or Business Operations

• 0–2 years of work experience; prior customer-facing experience is a plus

• Excellent problem-solving and planning skills

• Strong communication and coordination abilities

• A customer-first mindset with the ability to understand user requirements and propose solutions

• High energy, collaborative attitude, and passion for technology

• Ability to work in a multicultural, team-based, and fast-paced environment
