Club Supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity for a Club Supervisor to join a commercial and residential real estate company on a permanent basis!

CLUB SUPERVISOR ROLE:

• Setting a standard at all times in professionalism, appearance and attitude for all recreational facilities personnel
• Providing an outstanding service and experience for members of the co-working space as well as attendees of internal and external events held
• Being flexible to work evenings and weekends if needed to assist with commercial and personal events
• Maintaining service level and the smooth operation of the club facilities including bar, barista espresso machine, and the 8th floor cleanliness and tidiness
• Demonstrating understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene, Security and Fire Life Safety emergency and evacuation procedures
• Analysing and assessing issues to make decisions

CLUB SUPERVISOR ESSENTIALS:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality as a floor manager
• Excellent proficiency in MS office applications
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
