Description:

Rentierre, a live and revenue-generating peer-to-peer fashion rental marketplace, is on a mission to revolutionize access to luxury fashion through a secure and inclusive platform. With a passionate founding team covering tech, operations, and marketing—and a strong foundation already built—Rentierre is seeking a sales powerhouse to join as a Co-Founder.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership opportunity for a bold, entrepreneurial sales leader who wants to co-build and scale a fast-growing marketplace in the circular fashion economy.


Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the growth and revenue strategy for Rentierre across both B2C (users/renters/lenders) and B2B (brands, fashion professionals, partnerships).

  • Drive onboarding of fashion professionals, lenders, and renters by leading targeted outreach, collaborations, and influencer/community growth campaigns.

  • Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in fashion, logistics, sustainability, and tech sectors.

  • Design and optimise sales operations, including building CRM systems, sales funnels, outreach strategies, and performance tracking.

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and cross-functional founding team to align growth with product, operations, and marketing initiatives.

  • Trial with the current team for 2 weeks to assess synergy, pace, and team alignment before finalizing full-time commitment.


Candidate Profile

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong operator mindset and the drive to build from scratch.

  • Proven sales closer with a track record of successfully delivering high-value partnerships or growth targets.

  • Industry familiarity in fashion tech, marketplaces, or rental economy is highly advantageous.

  • Resilient and relentless—ready to commit 50–70 hours/week to a startup with real momentum.

  • Strong understanding of or proximity to the UK market preferred.

  • Willingness to work for equity in the short term, with the potential for salary once revenue goals are hit.
