As an Independent CBT Therapist, you will provide therapy sessions to adults and/or children and young people (CYP), either remotely (via phone or secure video) or face-to-face. You will be part of a community of highly qualified clinicians committed to improving mental health outcomes through evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality CBT therapy sessions to clients (Adults or CYP) in line with BABCP standards.

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide structured therapy interventions.

• Work with clients across neurodevelopmental and general mental health presentations.

• Maintain accurate case records and adhere to confidentiality, safeguarding, and data protection standards.

• Participate in peer supervision, ongoing CPD, and training opportunities offered by Onebright.

• Collaborate with Onebright’s clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

• Maintain professional autonomy while contributing to the shared values and high clinical standards of the network.

Requirements:

• Accredited member of the BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies).

• Proven experience delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for adults and/or children and young people.

• Ability to work remotely and/or face-to-face, providing consistent therapy sessions.

• Capacity for managing a long-term, regular caseload of private clients.

• Strong communication, empathy, and time management skills.

• Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
