Cold Calling Specialist

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cold Calling Specialist, based in the United Kingdom. The specialist will be responsible for conducting outbound calls, generating and qualifying sales leads, and booking appointments with prospective clients. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems, achieving set targets, and contributing to the overall sales strategy and goals of the company.

Qualifications

• Proven cold calling and lead generation skills, with the ability to handle objections and build rapport over the phone
• Experience with sales and appointment scheduling
• Proficiency in CRM systems and maintaining accurate call records
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer engagement
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets
• Ability to work effectively on-site in the United Kingdom
• Prior experience in BPO, sales campaigns, or client outreach is a plus
