Management of the Commercial Excellence Initiatives across the Business Unit. Development of tools and processes to drive commercial efficiency and execution. Supports the President of Ostomy Care to follow-up major business KPI’s. Responsible for business development initiatives across the Country and develops investment projects:
Works in strong partnership with President & Chief Operating Officer, Ostomy Care with strategical inputs at the country level, while implements local plans that are align with the broader global strategy.
P&L ownership for Sales & Marketing OC business.
Leverage market research and competitive intelligence to maximize market opportunities and identify potential barriers.
Setting go-to-market strategy in line with BU direction and objectives in unison with the President & Chief Operating Officer, Ostomy Care and work closely with the other functions and franchises as appropriate.
Contributes to BU strategy by providing input about local external environment and customers.
Responsible for hiring, developing and retaining key talent and knowledge within the organization and for attracting the talent needed for the future.
Works collaboratively with functions to adapt global strategy to local health care environment.
Along with the sales leadership and training team own the implementation of the ConvaTec Salesforce Excellence program to drive efficient and effective use of our field resource.
Knows the local economic, market and industry trends and uses trend data to maximize opportunities and minimize risk exposure
Institutionalizes changes in culture, process, external relationships and business models
Delivers financial commitments to optimize short-term performance and long-term growth while ensuring compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies
Appropriately allocates resources to align with brand strategies
Collaborate and agree on appropriate budget goals aligned with external marketplace and internal strategy
Duties and Responsibilities

P&L, Revenue and/or Budget responsibilities
Achieve sales, share and EBITDA growth targets
Deliver short term financial commitments while protecting marketing opportunity medium term
Local strategy leading the market to find new opportunities to extend product life cycle and services; new ideas implemented quickly; business strategies founded on critical success factors with measurable targets.
Business Intelligence and Market data analysis, Sales Force Bonus Target Construction & Payment, KPIs and Sales Force Dashboards
Ensures the right people and resources are in place to achieve results.
Creates an environment of mutual respect and freedom to promote creative thinking and constructive disagreement.
What we are looking for:
Good experience in understanding patient journey and services
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalency is required.
Commercial and Marketing experience at leadership level
Knowledge of the UKI Healthcare system
Commercial experience with Homecare companies
Hands on approach
Passion for building a business unit
