Commercial Finance Manager

Randstad, a global HR consultancy company, is hiring for a Senior Commercial Counsel. We would love an experienced and self-motivated mid-to-senior level commercial lawyer to join our Legal & Business Assurance team covering UK & Ireland. We need someone to focus on client contract review, negotiation and drafting, and work on improving our internal processes. This role will work closely with the commercial and operational teams to ensure that our contracts are both legally acceptable and commercially sound.

To enjoy the role, you’ll need to be comfortable working independently, with initiative and accountability in equal measure. It will be as interesting as you make it. A genuine appreciation of the commercial aspects of how our industry works, or a desire to very quickly acquire one, is important.
