Commercial Property Paralegal

We're supporting a well-established, multi-service firm who are looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join the team in East London. You will support the conveyancing team with a caseload of commercial and residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Commercial Property law looking for a busy and varied workload.

Responsibilities include:

• Handle a diverse caseload of commercial and residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Conduct detailed due diligence, including property searches, title reviews, and contract analysis.
• Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth and efficient transactions.
• Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence as required.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory and legal requirements.
• Manage general administrative tasks and respond to basic client queries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions and client interactions.
