Description:
Arla Foods is transforming its Consumer Intelligence function to deepen consumer understanding and drive impactful brand communications. The Communication & Creativity Intelligence Specialist will play a key role in strengthening consumer-rooted communications by supporting creative testing, brand tracking, and insight-driven initiatives that optimize campaign effectiveness across global and local markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead communication research projects for campaigns, brands, and markets.
Coordinate the global brand equity tracking program and analyze key consumer trends.
Manage timelines, tools, and deliverables with research partners.
Prepare reports and storytelling presentations that bring data insights to life and guide decision-making.
Evaluate creative ideas from early concepts through final executions.
Track standout creative examples and consumer trends to inspire marketing teams.
Maintain and update research tools and SharePoint hubs for accessibility.
Collaborate with experienced insight leads and build confidence working with marketers and agencies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Naturally curious about people, brands, and the power of ideas.
Interested in uncovering the "why" behind successful campaigns.
Experienced with marketing, advertising, brand insight, or research agency work (3-5 years).
Familiarity with research methods such as surveys and qualitative testing, with eagerness to learn.
Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with ability to present data clearly and engagingly.
Collaborative, proactive, and passionate about learning.
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
