Communications And Outreach Officer

Description:

This role will support the successful delivery of this project by working with the project manager and the research team at the Universities of Leicester, Loughborough and Bristol on key aspects, to include:

• Events management
• Communications and outreach, including social media
• Supporting stakeholder communications
• Building a community of practice in AI for net zero
• Supporting the management of a flexible fund

The role will also provide administrative assistance to the Project Manager and Principal Investigator as needed for the project.

About you

Based on experience in a similar role, you should be able demonstrate project management skills, including event management or delivery, as well as dealing with a range of clients or stakeholders face-to-face and electronically, sometimes in time sensitive situations. You should also have previous experience of writing and designing content for websites or other communications channels including social media. You should be familiar and skilled with MS Office software, particularly using Outlook, and drafting documentation
